Getting to see a truly unique experience has become a quite normal experience in [Nashville]. It doesn't desensitize one from uniqueness but rather pushes you to be more.
The different talents of humans amaze me. Getting the chance to listen to Liza Anne live at 3rd and Lindsley was great. The venue is interesting and yet feels like a cliched venue that I have seen somewhere before. Maybe it is a default venue on Guitar Hero or something.
Seeing someone that lacks what society deems as necessary yet is so rich in character pushes you towards the true meaning of life.
SEEING A FARCICAL LIFESTYLE BECOME A REALITY creates a fine line. Something seemingly comedic can really brink on tragedy.
GETTING TO SEE SOMEONE WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE can really create courage in you to go and be your best elsewhere.
PLACING YOURSELF IN OVERLY PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTS provides more intimacy. Placing yourself in more private environments can rob you of that intimacy.

A FRIEND OF MINE, WHO IS IN THE KNOW, was told that Cage The Elephant was having a super secret show at The Basement East. I immediately purchased my ten dollar ticket. Later that night I arrived at one of the craziest shows of my life.

IT WAS WEDNESDAY, May 6th and I received a text from a friend who found tickets to the Lord Huron concert that night. I chugged my Barista Parlor coffee went to Star Bagel and picked up the tickets from a CraigsList post. I then found myself heading to the beautiful Ryman Auditorium.
THIS IS THE START OF A JOURNEY. One that came from being still, way too still. I had moved to an amazing new city [NASHVILLE] and found myself starting to sink into my couch. It was the fifth episode of Silicon Valley that made me decide, "Hey I need to be doing something with this valuable spare time. I need to be in the city and amongst the city." I was thinking about how to challenge myself creatively and socially.
So I came up with this concept to show whomever is willing to look At the streets that I now live on. So I purchased a FujiFilm XT1 and a 22mm Prime lens and have started this project. A project with the intent to make sure that I am seeing the city and seeing the amazing gift of life that is around it.
So without further ado I give you RUE VIE.
